We appreciate the long and stressful hours that state, county, and town employees are working in order to clear the roads. Despite their very best efforts, the high winds and frigid temperatures continue to create significant challenges in making roads safe for school bus travel.

Mrs.Hall’s students are being proctored by Mrs.Wright’s students to prepare for their state board practical test that is scheduled for January 15th. Peer evaluation is a crucial part of preparing students for their actual test. The junior class will provide individual feedback and watch them throughout the practice test to mentally prepare the senior test candidates. Best of luck to our senior cosmetology students! ✨

National Technical Honor Society students enjoyed their time today reading to some of the Kindergarteners at Denton Elementary School. The NTHS volunteers read books that focused on introducing different careers to the students. NTHS students are planning to read to students at all of the CCPS elementary schools. Thanks again DES, the teachers, staff, and especially the students were great and so welcoming! 📚
