We the class of 2021 have begun our journey into the restaurant management and culinary arts field, here at the Culinary Arts Center. We are excited to jump into our first two chapters of foundations of restaurant management, along with our food safety course. We have also begun our kitchen studies and have learned how to produce a small dice, medium dice and a julienne cut. Along with packaging our first meal and prepping our second meal. We look forward to our next meal as we will finally have enough of the skills needed to completely produce the meal. We ask for your patience and well wishes as we embark on this new learning experience and please be on the lookout for our fundraisers of the month!! (March – Coco-Nutty lime tarts).
